Subscription Terms and Conditions:

SWAR Doctor LLC, on behalf of itself under the brand “SWAR Doctor”, is the author and publisher of the mobile application. SWAR Doctor LLC owns and operates the services provided through mobile applications. The term “We” refers to These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between SWAR Doctor LLC (“SWAR Doctor”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general subscription terms of your use of the SWAR Doctor mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).

1.       To make our state-of- the-art services available for all, the basic version shall be made available free for the users. There will be storage limitations applicable for such free usage. The continuation of such free service is at the complete discretion of SWAR Doctor LLC. Under free service, if the storage limitation is not mentioned in the app then it shall be considered as 200Mb

2.       You will NOT be moved to subscription from free basic version unless you choose your plan and explicitly subscribe.

3.       For the paid version of health records app and website; 2 GB data shall be applicable for the specific duration (months or years) the user has subscribed, additional storage shall be charged in slabs of 0.5 GB (increment). You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected.

4.       The user will not receive any refund for the current billing period but will continue to receive subscription content for the reminder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. The user’s cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed.

5.       Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will SWAR Doctor LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for (a): any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, delays, interruptions, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business or health, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if SWAR Doctor LLC has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of SWAR Doctor LLC  and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, healthcare providers, suppliers and licensors, relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to SWAR Doctor LLC for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose

By downloading or accessing the app you irrevocably accept all the Terms of Use stipulated in this Agreement including any documents, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference (referred to collectively as the “Terms”, the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy, as available on the app & website (www.swardoctor.com) and agree to abide by all. In case of discrepancy, the most stringent as interpreted by SWAR Doctor LLC shall apply. Healthcare related activities in any form shall be considered as noble cause, which mandates impeccable discipline by the users of SWAR Doctor app and website.
